It’s wonderful when you contract a marketing agency like LFPR and then you get much more than what you thought you were paying for. At every turn, every time we have a chance to interface with the LFPR team, we get much more than what we asked for, or what we expected, which is highly unusual in today’s environment. I had actually fired two previous marketing agencies over the last two years because they overpromised and way underdelivered. So LFPR has been a completely different experience for us: when we ask for help with our rebranding, our social media campaigns, engagement and media relations, every time we interface with the LFPR team we are pleasantly surprised with the highest quality work that’s done on time and at much better than expected levels. I have worked with LFPR in a variety of roles over the years and when the time came for a cohesive marketing program to support the return of the Savannah Challenger in 2022, they were the perfect choice. This premiere professional tennis event, which takes place on Skidaway Island, needed a new logo, new website and new printed collateral. LFPR was contracted to support the event management, PR and outreach, along with fulfilling a separate contract for graphics support. I appreciate the expertise they offer in-house to service all of this work. They did a wonderful job with the event planning details, providing vendor service solutions and custom creating content for our platforms. The PR and media response was wonderful and they projected our news far and wide. Overall, they did a great job and I recommend their services.
